Usage Instructions (How to Use)
Cleanse the skin: Before using the exfoliating scrub, thoroughly cleanse your face and/or body with a gentle facial cleanser to remove surface oils and impurities. Ensure the skin is moist.
Take an appropriate amount of the product: Scoop a suitable quantity (typically pea-sized to one teaspoon, depending on the area to be treated) of the scrub into the palm or between your fingers.
Gentle massage:
Gently massage the exfoliating scrub in circular motions onto damp skin.
For facial use: Avoid sensitive areas such as the eye and lip regions. Focus on massaging areas prone to keratin buildup, such as the T-zone, nostrils, and chin.
Body Usage: Suitable for rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels.
The recommended massage duration is 30 seconds to 1 minute, avoiding excessive friction.
Thorough rinsing: Rinse the scrub thoroughly with warm water to ensure no granules or residue remain on the skin.
Follow-up care:
Gently pat the skin dry with a soft towel.
Strongly recommended: Use toner, essence, and moisturizer immediately to lock in moisture, especially if the products contain hyaluronic acid, as the hydrating effect will be even better at this time.
Usage frequency:
Face: Recommended for use 1-2 times per week. Adjust frequency based on individual skin type; sensitive skin should start with once a week.
Body: Apply 1-3 times per week depending on skin condition.
Safety Precautions
Skin Test: Before first use, perform a 24-48 hour patch test on a small area of skin behind the ear or on the inner arm to check for allergic reactions such as redness, itching, or stinging. Only apply to the face or large areas of the body after confirming no adverse reactions.
Avoid sensitive areas: Do not apply around the eyes, lips, or on broken, inflamed, eczema-affected, sunburned, or damaged skin.
Sun Protection: Exfoliation temporarily thins the skin and reduces its resistance to UV rays. After exfoliating, be sure to apply SPF 30 or higher sunscreen during the day to prevent sunburn or hyperpigmentation.
Avoid overuse: Excessive exfoliation can damage the skin barrier, leading to dryness, sensitivity, redness, and even stinging. Please adhere strictly to the recommended frequency and avoid daily use in pursuit of immediate results.
Gentle technique: Apply light and smooth movements during massage, using the pads of your fingers rather than your nails to avoid causing minor skin abrasions.
